ACCESS Advocates Partnership

We’re excited here at ACCESS as we move into the new year. Our goal for 2015 is to file a minimum of 100 cases. For 2016, a minimum of 1,000 cases! Where we go from there is up to YOU!

Last week we had the pleasure of meeting with Miguel Custodio and Vineet Dubey of Custodio & Dubey, LLP who will be handling our ADA litigation as we move forward. Their firm has filed upwards of 130 ADA cases, which confirms they have the expertise and experience we’ve been looking for these last several years. This partnership means a great deal to ACCESS as we are now more strategically positioned to better provide our services to the growing community of people with disabilities.

The goal at ACCESS has always been to provide a good turn around and timely provisions of services to our partner advocates. Our search for a litigating firm has been time consuming and we’re thankful this piece of the puzzle is now in place. So, to our present ACCESS advocates and all future ACCESS advocates, we say–buckle up for an exciting ride in 2015!
